This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers are eligible for a return or replacement, including the required steps and timeframes.

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product type selected at checkout

  • Customer remorse or change of mind after the order is placed

Please ensure all details are accurate before submitting your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request a replacement. To be eligible:

  • Submit a claim through the form on our Contact Page

  • Include your order number

  • Make the request within 15 days of receiving the product

Claims submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.

3. Lost Shipments

For orders lost in transit, claims must be submitted:

  • Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • With your order number and any relevant tracking information

We will investigate and provide a resolution accordingly.

4. Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Address

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • The shipment will be returned to our facility

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming an accurate address (where applicable)

5. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs

  • Items may be discarded if unclaimed for an extended period
